LTS Health Joins Forces With Project Santa Fe to Extend the Clinical Lab 2.0 Movement Globally
LTS Health will help usher in a future that sees labs moving from a focus on volume to value. LTS has formed a strategic partnership with Project Santa Fe, the nonprofit formed by diagnostics expert and CEO at Lab 2.0 Strategic Services, Khosrow Shotorbani. Working closely with Project Santa Fe, LTS will support the development of the Clinical Lab 2.0 movement, which rallies the diagnostics industry to discuss, debate and add to the knowledge base which is informing the future business model of labs.
LTS Health is an international leader in the field of medical laboratory design, consolidation and automation. The collaboration between LTS Health and Project Santa Fe will build awareness of the Clinical Lab 2.0 initiative globally — both through its online platform, and LTS Health’s organizational footprint in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Christoff Coetzee, CEO at LTS Health USA, says: “We’re really proud to work with Khosrow Shotorbani and Project Santa Fe to bring together some of the brightest minds in diagnostics around the world. Clinical Lab 2.0 is redefining the business model for labs to become more value-driven, improving the future of health care delivery and the practice of medicine. It’s a perfect example of how laboratories are moving the world forward.
Shotorbani adds: “The Clinical Lab 2.0 movement has taken off beyond our expectations — and physical locations. Since inception in 2016, we’ve witnessed a global need for this new laboratory business model — it’s Clinical Lab 2.0. LTS Health is an ideal partner for us given their experience in labs, international footprint and technical expertise. This platform allows us to connect with global lab communities to advance the role of the clinical laboratory and help reshape how health care is delivered.”
The Clinical Lab 2.0 platform calls on leading professionals and institutions in diagnostics to drive new frontiers for health care. Interested lab professionals can join the Clinical Lab 2.0 online community by visiting www.ltshealth.com/clinicallab2-0, where they will be able to share in the conversation, contribute to a rapidly growing body of knowledge and gain access to exclusive events.
