Let's Move the World Forward
Life makes sense when we are part of something much bigger than ourselves.
When what we do contributes, even in small ways, to the quality of life of others - not only locally but globally.
The diagnostics industry that we are part of is often an unsung hero. Yet in reality, diagnostics is the engine driving healthcare, moving the world forward, saving the lives of future Nobel Prize winners, presidents, the aged and the young alike - people we may never meet but whose lives we touch.
In this important role we need to ensure that we use the very scarce resources entrusted to us wisely. We must continue to do better with less. With not a second to waste, we must make the right decisions with certainty. At LTS we have chosen to share the knowledge and experience we’ve accumulated over thousands of man hours by giving wings to The 8 Principles, guiding others to make the decisions that count.
Today we are unveiling the first iteration of the idea that’s been in development for the past few years, and specifically the past several months. We have challenged ourselves and worked harder than ever to define what makes us different, special and arguably more qualified to lead change and innovation for our customers.
We have transformed, we are focused and we are independent.
We can see it, we can feel it — and we most certainly believe in it.
When we win contracts against the big consulting companies. I get it!
When other consultants start using our IP in their presentations. I get it!
When our team is called to assist in more than 30 countries on all continents. I get it!
When I see our name in journals. I get it!
I get it! Because when they think "lab"... they think LTS.
When our team starts contributing to thought leadership and others take note. I believe in it!
When our team travels all over the world, mostly on long flights, without complaining. I believe in it!
When I look in your eyes. I believe it.
I believe it! Because when we think LTS... we think "lab".
You are undoubtedly the most committed and inspirational team I have had the privilege of working with in the last 20 years.
Let's get out there — and #LetsMoveTheWorld
